Merry Christmas Everyone 🙂

It’s been a very long exciting year, the year has gone by so fast. I can’t believe it’s Christmas. 2018 has been so life changing. I’ve experienced heartbreak, faced some of my biggest fears and have been blessed in amazing ways. The most important thing i learned in 2018 is that life isn’t always good. Life gets very hard and sometimes overwhelming. God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle though. It’s so important on how you react to a situation and how you let it affect you. Having a positive mindset always helps when the unexpected happens. Life is a gift.

Earlier this week in early morning church service they were teaching a lesson about “Joy”. The Preacher was talking about the homeless and the kids who don’t get to have a Christmas this year. Something that amazed me is some of these kids he was talking had absolutely nothing but, had such a big hearts. It’s very heartwarming to see the good in such a sweet innocent child. That got me thinking about how a lot of us teens and adults complain very often about money and not having stuff. I understand we’re only human, i do it too. But, don’t forget to take a moment to think of everything you have during the holidays. Jesus is amazing and you’re never alone. There’s always a way, never lose your faith in the lord. He is your safety.

After our lesson about “Joy” and being “Joyful” around the holiday’s i decided to google the definition of “Joy”.
Joy * Noun
“Gladness not based on Circumstance”

Always remember someone will always have more than you, someone will always have less.
There’s things in life you can’t change but, you can change your perspective. You have a purpose. You’re alive and breathing. You’re a child of God. You are so loved. Being “Joyful” isn’t about being happy because of everything you have, it’s about being happy (Joyful) even if you have nothing at all. Christmas is about giving and rejoicing in our lord.

Be Joyful. Be Thankful. Have Faith.
“The beauty of Christmas is not in the presents but in his presence.” – Matthew 1:23

You Are So Loved.
Merry Christmas!!
